Ethics and Compliance

Core Centre Values

An organization’s fundamental values directly affect its ability to achieve and sustain high performance. Integrity, accountability, diversity, trust and safety form the values of the Centre.

At the Centre, ethical business conduct is not just part of what we do—it is at the very core of who we are and how we operate. Doing the right thing for our clients, partners and employees is paramount to our day-to-day business and its success.

The Centre’s Commitment to Ethical Business

The Centre holds itself accountable to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the U.K. Bribery Act (UKBA) across all projects and activities. Our staff avoids any activity that would breach the FCPA, the UKBA, local law or international standards of ethical best practice.

Each employee is accountable for upholding the highest ethics and compliance standards while ensuring that these values remain foundational to our work. This is done by following all applicable laws, regulations and company policies as well as assisting and preventing bribery and corruption.

Safeguarding Standards

The Centre believes anyone who has contact with the organization must be safeguarded from sexual exploitation and abuse and sexual harassment (SEAH). This includes zero-tolerance of any form of harm or abuse to clients, perpetrated by our staff or partners. Any concerns about sexual exploitation and abuse and sexual harassment relating to Centre staff or activities should be reported immediately via the ethics hotline website or email.
