Management
This course assists participants in tracking, planning, and projecting the finances of a business. It will expose participants to the activities involved in financial management and accounting including cash flow management, bookkeeping, tax planning, budgeting, and more. The Course consists of 2.5 hour sessions held weekly over 20 weeks. This course is offered in partnership with the Institute of Private Enterprise Development (IPED) through the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM).

Human Resource
Management
This course helps to improve a company’s knowledge about human capital development. This course will enable participants to examine these systems which focus on compliance with government regulations (labour standards, pay requirements), recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits, training and development, and general employee relations. The Course consist of 2.5 hour sessions held weekly over 20 weeks. This course is offered in partnership with the Institute of Private Enterprise Development (IPED) through the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM).

Supply Chain
Management
Supply Chain Management (SCM) is the active streamlining of a business’ supply-side activities to maximize customer value and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Supply chains cover everything from production, to product development, to the information systems needed to direct these undertakings. The Course consists of several Modules; each Module is taught over 4 weeks – consisting of weekly 3 hour sessions. The course is offered in partnership with EMPRETEC through the International Trade Centre (ITC).
