Supply chain management (SCM) is the active streamlining of a business’ supply-side activities to maximize customer value and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Supply chains cover everything from production, to product development, to the information systems needed to direct these undertakings. The Course consist of several Modules; each Module is taught over 4 weeks – consisting of weekly 3 hours sessions. The course is offered in partnership with EMPRETEC through the International Trade Centre (ITC).
