Go2Market Strategy and Customer Mapping are key tools that are necessary for growing businesses.
This course seeks to train businesses in understanding of theoretical strategies to take their good or service to market in an effective manner that maximises or promotes the reception of their good or service by potential customers. Once these concepts are delivered, the course then delves into customer mapping which trains participants on theoretical frameworks on understanding their specific customer segments. On completion of this course, participants will gain rudimentary understandings on how to develop their own Go2Market Strategy and how to develop their own customer mapping.
